REFUNDS
The Enchanted Land is confident you will be satisfied with any product or service you order from us. In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel an order and/or request a refund for a product or service, you should do so in writing using the form here . In the case of cancellation/refund requests for GOODS ordered , by law you have 7 working days from the day after that on which your goods have been received to make your request. In the case of cancellation/refund requests for SERVICES you have ordered, by law you have 7 working days from the day after that on which you, the consumer,have agreed to go ahead with the contract. We can then discuss a refund or an alternative product/service, depending on what you request.
Please note that in the case of THIRD PARTY sales /services found within this site, you should refer to that merchant's own refund policy, as The Enchanted Land are not responsible for these third party sales/services. Such third party links are listed as a convenience to our visitors. If you use these links, we take no responsibility and give no guarantees, warranties or representations implied or otherwise, for the content or accuracy of these third party sales.
In the unlikely event of your product/service arriving damaged , this will have been caused in transit. You must contact us immediately so that we can follow up a claim for compensation with the Royal Mail, where applicable.
Refunds will be paid either via Paypal or personal cheque (depending on what you require) and sent to you promptly.
