From time to time psychic job opportunities arise with The Enchanted Land. We are interested to hear from those of you with experience giving email readings in any of the following areas:
Reading the Tarot, Angel, Faery cards, Runes or similar
Psychic Readings without the aid of any "tools"
Mediumship, including readings based on photographs of the deceased
Distant healing with any type of system
Dream Analysis
Crystal Ball readings
Spiritual Counselling/Advice
Face-Reading (from photographs)
Suitable candidates will be kept on file until an opening arises. If you do something that is not on the above list, but that you think would fit in well with this website, please do let us know as we are always open to suggestions.
INFORMATION/CRITERIA FOR APPLICANTS
Any available work is for email readings only. Readings are to be typed up in a word document and sent to us as an attachment to an email. We do like your readings to contain relevant images if possible, to brighten things up.
You must be able to demonstrate a genuine talent for your work.The Enchanted land does not use "scripts" of any sort , nor will it accept computer-generated "readings". You must be able to do readings from scratch! Before you become one of the team, you will need to undertake two unpaid test readings so that we can ascertain your personal style, familiarity with your method of divination and general approach to clients. Preference will be given to applicants who have a fair deal of experience and can back this up by providing references or evidence of reviews /ratings they have been given on other sites.
You must be prepared to follow our code of ethics, which you can read over at the psychic readings guidelines page.
You must be exceptionally reliable and be available for providing same-day readings (to be forwarded to us within 12 hours of you receiving the request) in addition to standard readings (to be forwarded within 24 hours).
All work is freelance - we do not hire you as an employee of The Enchanted Land. You are responsible for any national insurance/tax payments and for notifying any relevant authorities of your freelance work.
You will earn 50% of what is paid to The Enchanted Land for each reading. You'll be paid weekly, via cheque or Paypal. We prefer Paypal as it's a lot quicker and we will cover all Paypal fees. Fees for services not currently on the website but that we might consider are negotiable.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO APPLY
Use the contact us form to apply or to ask any questions you may have. Put "Jobs" in the subject line and provide us with the following information:
Your full name, gender, date of birth, home address and telephone number (we won't be phoning you about the job application but need a number on file if you work with us).
Your email address.
Tell us what divination system/s you use.
What is your approach to a reading that contains news that isn't very positive? How do you convey it?
Describe your experience, any related qualifications, ongoing courses, membership of special bodies, etc
Do you currently work from your own site, and/or on behalf of any other sites such as Ebay or Kasamba? Please tell us their name/s. If you have a profile online with client reviews/ratings, please give us the link so we can read through your testimonials.
Tell us what days/times you are availible for doing readings.
Please tell us a little bit about yourself and anything else you think relevant to your application.
We will email you to confirm receipt of your application and whether or not we will be keeping you on file. The basics of working through us are all pretty much laid out on this page, but when work does come up, we'll send you more comprehensive information to elaborate on the points already mentioned.
