POSTAGE INFORMATION FOR GIFT VOUCHER ORDERS

METHODS

Within the Uk, your order will be sent via First Class signed - for Recorded Delivery. This is a superior method to standard First Class post, as allows tracking of your order in the unlikely event of it going astray en route.

For European and all other destinations, your order is sent via International signed-for delivery. This is the only method which permits compensation claims for cash goods and similar,on a world-wide basis, in the unlikely event of your order being lost or damaged en route.

This method requires a signature and is sent by Air Mail, and falls under the category of "letters" where the nature of the package is required to determine postage price via The Royal Mail.

OTHER COSTS

Included in each price is a very small charge to cover packaging materials. The Enchanted Land do not try to make profit on these costs.

There is no VAT to pay on your order,all prices are inclusive of UK tax at 17.5%.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

If you live within the UK, your order will be processed as soon as payment has cleared and sent out to arrive at your address within 7 days of receiving these funds.

If you live anywhere else in the world,please allow up to 14 days to receive your order from the date your payment clears.Airmail usually takes 5-7 days to arrive,but delays occasionally occur.
