WHEN WILL MY REPORT ARRIVE?
If you have ordered an Email report/reading:
Your order will be processed and sent to you within 3 days of cleared payment. Please remember to check your "junk mail" folders as well as your inbox, as emails sent by people not on your address list can sometimes end up in the junk mail folder. For Professional Consultations deliveries, please read relevant section on this page.
If you have ordered a Postal report or Hard copy on CD:
If you live in the UK: Your order will be with you within 7 days of the date your payment has cleared,and will be sent by First class post via The Royal Mail,and a receipt of posting will be retained for all reports.
If you live outside of the UK: Your order will be with you within 14 days of the date your payment has cleared,and will be sent by Airmail. Occasionally delays with Airmail services occur, so please be patient. I will retain proof of postage and can track your item should you need to enquire of its whereabouts.
If you have ordered a Professional Consultation by Soundbite or Email or Post:
For Professional Astrology Consultations via Soundbite or Email, please allow up to 10 days to receive your reading,as much work has to go into them.
For Professional Astrology Consultations sent as a written document in the post, please allow up to 14 days for it to arrive if you live in the UK, and up to 21 days if you live outside of the UK.
For Card Consultations via Soundbite, please allow up to 5 days to receive your reading.
Delays:
Occasionally, life throws unexpected things our way,or very busy periods of business are experienced and delays to services may then ensue. Should this happen, The Enchanted Land will post on-site notices advising potential/existing customers of any problems or backlog of orders that may cause delays, and ask for your patience in the unlikely event that your order cannot be processed within the time frames mentioned here.
