Is the membership fee a one-off payment?

Yes. The £100 joining fee is for lifetime access to all offers and discounts. You won't have to pay any further fees

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards - these get processed via Paypal but you don't actually need a Paypal account to use your card. All currencies are accepted. We also accept UK cheques or postal orders - these should be made out to Victoria Zasikowski and sent to the following address:

What happens once you have received payment and information for my membership?

You should receive a receipt from Paypal confirming your payment.(Do check your junk/spam folders each day if nothing appears in your inbox). We will send out your welcome package within 3 days along with a welcome letter containing important contact information and your personal membership number.

I don't live in the UK, can I still become a member?

Yes- membership is open to everyone, no matter where in the world you live.

How do I order future services that include my special discounts?

Members should visit the special members order portal to purchase discounted services. If there is a service you want that is not on the discount list, use the normal order form for that service.

What services include a discount for members?

All emailed/booklet Astrology reports, all Spells, Gift Vouchers and a range of Tarot/Psychic Readings. For anything not on the members order portal list, normal website prices apply and the normal wesbite order forms should be used.

My friend wants to join but doesn't have internet access

No problem - let us know their postal address and we will mail them full details and order forms. Alternatively, we can mail the information out to you, for you to give to your friend yourself.

My friend wants to join. How can I claim my free £10 voucher when he/she does join?

Your friend should mention your name and membership number in the "additional comments" box that appears on all the become a member form when they join. We will promptly let you know about their order and mention of you, and ask you to choose from a £10 e voucher or £10 paper voucher.

My friend doesn't want to join, but does want to place an order of £50 or more. How can I claim my free £5 voucher when she does order something?

Your friend should mention your name and membership number in the "additional comments" box on the form they fill in when ordering something.

When I am due free vouchers in the future, will they be paper vouchers or e vouchers?

You can choose either, although unless you were planning to save up paper vouchers to give to someone as a gift, for example, we prefer you to select e-vouchers. This way, you get your free voucher a lot quicker.

What can I spend my free vouchers on?

Anything you like EXCEPT the live chat, telephone and text services. See the redeem vouchers page for full information and gift voucher redemption form. (There is no special page for gift voucher redemption; simply use the same form normal customers do).

Are there any discounts for the live readings by chat, phone or text?

Yes. If you spend £30 or more on any single consultation by live chat, telephone or text messaging, we will give you a free £5 voucher. We will need to see proof of what you paid , so send us a copy of your bill through the post (see top of page for address) or forward your email receipt for payment to the email address given in your welcome letter. We are aware some of you may spend more than £30 on these types of readings, but we don't want to be seen as encouraging you to spend vast amounts on such services, so do not offer any further free vouchers in connection to them.

Do I have to wait for my birthday to receive my Solar Return report?

No. You will have it along with your other items when you join, unless you specifically ask to wait until around your next birthday.

When and how can I claim my other three free psychic readings?

Most people have their first reading when they initially join. Your other two readings can be claimed any time over the first 12 months of your membership, but we do advise you to allow a few months in between each reading. You can, if you like, combine two readings at once and have a 4 question reading instead of a two question reading. We are quite flexible, so let us know what you prefer when the time comes. You can also "donate" a reading to a friend, but if you do this, please order it on their behalf through your own account.

How long will I have to wait for my free readings?

Your free readings will be emailed over to you within 24 hours.Your booklet Astrology report will take a few days. For future orders that are not part of your welcome package, normal website time frames apply: please refer to the general FAQ section.

I have received my welcome package and want to place an order for something else now. Where do I go?

Please go to the members order portal for services that include membership discount. DO NOT use the ordinary website order forms for these discounted services. For services that are NOT on the list of member discounts, use the normal website order forms - these appear whenever you select a normal -priced service off the website.

Do I have to sign up separately for your Newsletter?

No - it will be sent out automatically to you every month.

I have not received my email /postal order yet. Why not?

Always remember to check your junk email. Better still, add our email addresses (sent to you in the welcome letter) to your address folder. This way emails from us will always arrive in your inbox. For problems with postal delays, please refer to the general FAQ section.
