What Payment methods do you accept?
Paypal is our gateway, but you can pay using all major credit/debit cards through this gateway without actually needing a Paypal account, just follow the clear and simple prompts that will appear as you begin the payment process. All currencies are accepted. Shortly after you have paid, Paypal will send you a receipt -check your junk folder if it doesn't go to your inbox. We also accept cheques and postal orders, either of which should be made out to Victoria Zasikowski and sent to the address that you'll find on the contact us page
How do I know this payment method is safe?
Paypal is the internet's most well known and popular payment gateway. Your financial information is received only by them ,not by us or any other 3rd party. We only see the name and email address you have registered under, and neither are passed onto 3rd parties. The Enchanted Land is registered at Paypal with a business account, which involves undergoing a series of stringent financial and personal information checks prior to having the account activated. You will see the business owner's name (Victoria Zasikowski) displayed in checkout, followed on the next page by the business name (The Enchanted Land) - so you know where your money is going.
Providing information for your orders
Some services require you to fill out a brief form BEFORE you proceed to checkout. Where no such form has appeared, go ahead and add the item to your basket using the "add to basket" or "buy now" icon then continue shopping around the site or go to checkout. Once you have completed payment you will be redirected to a one-stop form where you can provide details for everything else you have ordered - your name, email address, questions for your psychic/tarot reading, birth details for Astrology reports, etc. Fate and Fortune readers should also use this form - remember to have the promotional code to hand.
When will I receive my order ?
Emailed Astrology Reports -within 24 hours
Booklet Astrology Reports, Gifts and Kits - sent out within a few days by 2nd class post to the UK/Eire and Airmail outside of this zone.
Spells - within 24 hours
Tarot/Psychic Readings - Same day readings are sent the same day when ordered by 6pm GMT. All other readings are sent within 24-48 hours
I ordered an email service from you but still haven't received it - why?
Please check your junk/spam folders. If your settings automatically empty these daily, we'll probably have to re-send your report/reading so get in touch with us through the contact us form if you think there is any problem.
I ordered a postal service/product for you but it has not arrived- why ?
All orders are sent out promptly by Royal mail, but postal delays/strikes sometimes occur, or very occasionally an item may go missing .We can always trace, and if necessary, replace, your missing order, so please get in touch asap if you think your order has gone astray.
I am not happy with my order/service. Can I have a refund?

How can I contact you ?
Use the online contact us form, which also displays our business postal address. Please provide a contact telephone number if you wish to discuss something in person and we will phone you back .
