Redeeming the vouchers
The vouchers can be redeemed by the recipient on this website,
or for those without internet access, via post. Full details of
how to redeem vouchers either way are printed on the rear of each
voucher, along with the Terms and Conditions.
How the process will work
When gift vouchers are ordered,an Invoice will be sent out to
you upon receipt of your order. This can be sent to you via Email
or in the post and will contain our phone number. Full payment
should then be sent via cheque to the address provided within
the "contact us" page, which is the same address as
will appear on your invoice. Alternatively,you may make an instant
cash payment via PAYPAL upon receiving a Paypal payment request
invoice from us via Email. This method will incur an additional
fee of 3.4% on the total of your order, to cover transaction fees
on orders up to the value of £1,500. Orders in excess of
this amount must be paid via cheque. Instant payments are recommended
for overseas orders, as this method will significantly speed up
processing of your order. You do not need a Paypal account to

Once monies have cleared, your vouchers will be posted out to you,accompanied by an itemised receipt. How quickly you will receive them depends on payment clearance, where in the world the order is to be delivered,and the size of the order. Cards Accepted by Paypal
You can pay via Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Mastercard,
Switch/Maestro or American Express. Unfortunately, at this time,
use of the American Express Corporate Card is not authorized by
American Express in conjunction with Paypal.
