CLAIRVOYANT PSYCHIC READINGS
Complaints and RefundsIf you wish to make a complaint about your clairvoyant psychic reading, or request a refund, please follow the guidelines below.
E-MAILED CLAIRVOYANT PSYCHIC READINGS
1. Please use the contact us form to let us know why you are not happy with your clairvoyant psychic e mail reading. Please let us know your full name, the date you ordered your reading, the type of clairvoyant psychic reading you ordered, the name of the person who did the reading, and why you are not happy with it. Also let us know your phone number, in case of urgent queries or glitches in e-mail servers.
2. There must be a valid reason for requesting a new clairvoyant psychic reading or refund - we cannot offer replacement readings or refunds simply because you did not like the answers your reading gave you.
3. Where a refund is given, usually this will be paid in full to you through Paypal, unless you request otherwise.
4. By law, you have 7 days from the date you received your order in which to request a refund or substitute clairvoyant psychic reading. Requests put in after this time period will be granted solely at our discretion.
5. We check emails daily, so will always reply to any complaint promptly.
TELEPHONE/TEXT CLAIRVOYANT PSYCHIC READINGS
Points 1, 2 and 3 (see E-Mailed Clairvoyant Readings) also apply to complaints and refund requests relating to clairvoyant psychic readings over the telephone or by text. In addition, please also:
1. Let us know the date and time of your text/phone clairvoyant psychic reading, and how long it lasted (please see your phone bill).
2. Tell us what number you rang, and if possible, the name of your reader.
3. Please forward a copy of your phone bill , with the call in question outlined, to:

We request this so there are no disagreements as to call durations and costs incurred.
4. The deadline for requesting a refund for text/phone clairvoyant psychic readings is 14 days from the date you made your call/text to the hotline concerned. This should give you plenty of time to arrange to be sent a copy of your phone bill for forwarding on to us.

Live Chat clairvoyant psychic readings are advertised & described by The Enchanted Land, but not performed by any employee of The Enchanted Land, so we are not responsible for dealing with complaints about that particular service, nor are we responsible for dealing with refund requests for those services.
